Me: it's like tech support people who give you free shit to get you off the phone
K: Well, I told them if it isn't cleared in an hour, I'm going to the bank, making a giant scene while I close my account. I told them if you hear security throwing an irate client out, it will be me, and I will mention your name during my tirade Linda'
Me: maybe the note was a post it on her computer?
Me : "i'll just put a note on your account." and then she sticks a little post-it on her monitor.
K: I am planning what to say for my tirade, so I'm preoccupied. I'm not going to be threatening, I'm going to be loud and obnoxious
Me: maybe she lost the post-it? those things aren't very sticky

Me: when you go there, demand that they provide you with the post it note.
