I'll Just Put a Note On Your Account
K: They told me 'oh I'll put a note on the account, that will solve it' and four months later, every month with the note doing nothing ... I got the girl that put the note on the account, so I got to ask her what the point of it was?
Me: most likely the point was to get the annoying man off the phone. you, being the annoying man. :)
Me: it's like tech support people who give you free shit to get you off the phone
K: Well, I told them if it isn't cleared in an hour, I'm going to the bank, making a giant scene while I close my account. I told them if you hear security throwing an irate client out, it will be me, and I will mention your name during my tirade Linda'
Me: maybe the note was a post it on her computer?
Me : "i'll just put a note on your account." and then she sticks a little post-it on her monitor.
K: I am planning what to say for my tirade, so I'm preoccupied. I'm not going to be threatening, I'm going to be loud and obnoxious
Me: maybe she lost the post-it? those things aren't very sticky
K: I KNOW!@
Me: when you go there, demand that they provide you with the post it note.
Me: because you don't believe it was noted
K: HAHAHA that made me laugh out loud
K: ahh fuck it, I'm going down there now

24 hours with no sleep
At about the 24 hour mark the world shifts. you are no longer tired. you seem to be thinking clearly. Nothing out of the ordinary, and yet something is wrong. It is like the opposite of a lucid dream. You are in complete control and yet lose track of the real. As if instead of being pulled out of a dream upon waking, you are being pulled into one by stillness.

Eminem in 40 years
I saw an older man on the bus today; he looked to be about 60. He was dressed exactly like Eminem: red hoody, track pants, a cap with a flattened brim. It was so shocking that my first thought was to wonder whether he had some sort of premature aging disease. It was only later that i realized that it was Eminem; somehow lost in time, into his past and our present.
